IDENTIFY THE PERSON FIRST
The basic and main purpose of the VDP is to see and identify the person at the door or gate before allowing him to enter.
The VDP has two components:
- Outdoor unit with inbuilt camera
- Indoor unit with LCD screen.
In general, most VDPs support 60 meters of cable from the outdoor unit to the indoor.
